Dear Students of the University of Opole,
The Office of Quality Assurance would like you to take part in a survey concerning the evaluation of the implementation of classes by academic teachers in the winter semester of the academic year 2022/2023.
The survey applies to each academic teacher conducting classes in the passing winter semester, separately for each course taught.
The survey is voluntary and anonymous, which means that after saving the completed survey in the database, no information enabling linking the answers given to the person filling in the survey questionnaire is retained. Only the ratings given to a particular lecturer and the fact that the Student has completed a given questionnaire are recorded (therefore a completed questionnaire cannot be reopened again). The completed questionnaire is automatically sent, as confidential information, to the employee responsible for surveys at the Office of Quality Assurance.
The completion period of the survey: from 27 January, 00.01 am to 19 February, 23.59 pm, 2023, i.e. in the last week of didactic classes, during the examination session and a few days after its completion. Questionaries are available in the USOS system.
